A place where people can live and work happily.
we aim to achieve fulfilling work and life
by preserving and creating this rich environment
with our local community and family.
What does a happy life mean? What does fulfilling work mean? At Itoshiro Youhinten, we constantly ask ourselves these questions and strive to achieve them.

The Institute for Khmer Traditional Textiles (IKTT) in Cambodia, which Itoshiro Youhinten models itself after, creates forests to produce traditional Cambodian textiles, gathers dyeing materials from these forests, raises silkworms, and extracts silk threads.
The people who weave these textiles build their homes in this forest, forming a village. Relying on the forest's bounty for their livelihood, they surrender to the rhythm of the seasons. Rain or shine, they seem truly content and prosperous, grateful for nature's blessings.
Similarly, in Itoshiro, surrounded by nature, we aim to achieve a happy life and fulfilling work by preserving and creating this rich environment with our family and community.
