The sales price will be the displayed amount (display price/tax included).

Timing and method of payment

In addition to the product price, the only fees required are product shipping fees and bank transfer fees (if payment is by bank transfer).

■Bank transfer

If you pay by bank transfer, please make the payment within 7 days, including the day we send you the "Order Completed" email. Please note that your order will be cancelled if you do not make the payment within 7 days.

■ Credit card

We accept various credit cards.
*Please note that overseas issued cards may not be accepted and that credit card payments are only accepted in full.

■ International shipping

We are unable to provide this service. Thank you for your understanding.

Out of stock

・In online sales, due to the congestion of the shopping cart, there are rare cases where the product is out of stock but can still be purchased by the customer. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.

・Since the products in our store are also sold online, the store sales take priority, and even if the payment is completed in the store, the product may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you and refund your money, suggest an alternative product, or cancel the order.

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns

If the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly replace it (or refund you in some cases) at our expense.

If you still do not receive the email for any other reason, please contact our shop. Also, if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, your order may not have been completed. In that case, please contact our shop.

■About delivery time

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days (on Mondays and Thursdays every week). For pre-orders, orders, and custom-made products, we will contact you separately.
