送料・発送について

 

日本への送料について

 

  • 配送は基本的にヤマト運輸にて行います。
  • 通常発送の場合、送料は、ヤマト運輸の60サイズの金額となりますのでこちらをご参照ください。
  • 「はきくらべセット」は、ヤマト運輸の100サイズの金額です。
  • 冊子・小物の場合は、クロネコゆうパケットにてお送りします。送料は、360円(税込)の金額が加算されます。
  • 送料はお買い物の際に自動計算されますので、そちらをご確認ください。送料の変更はできかねますのでご了承ください。
  • 商品の小計金額が30,000円以上の場合、送料無料とさせていただきます。
  • 予約注文の商品と他の商品を一緒に買われた場合、送料の問題があるため、全ての商品は予約注文の発送と同じタイミングでの送付となります。
  • 書籍や小物類などはクロネコゆうパケットを利用しますが、厚みが出る場合は宅急便でお送りいたします。

 

日本での発送について

 

  • お支払いが確定してから店舗営業日7日以内にヤマト運輸（宅急便またはクロネコゆうパケット）にて発送いたします。
  • 通常、月曜日・木曜日に発送作業を行っております。
  • 銀行振込・コンビニ決済のお客様は、お支払いを確認した日から店舗営業日7日以内の発送となります。クレジット決済・PayPal・PayPayよりもお時間を頂くことをご了承頂いた上でのお買い物をお願いします。
  • 発送されましたら、お客様の登録されたメールアドレス宛に送付完了メールが送付されます。
  • 送付完了メールに、送り状番号を記載しますが、ヤマト運輸「荷物お問い合わせシステム」に掲載されるまで、タイムラグが生じる場合があります。
  • クロネコゆうパケットは、ヤマト運輸が集荷し、日本郵便の配送網を利用したサービスになります。発送後、3日～1週間ほどで郵便局の配達員が郵便受けにお届けいたします。

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via DHL.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so please confirm them there.
  • Please note that shipping fees cannot be changed after your order is placed.
  • If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock items, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • We process shipments on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Please note that there may be a short delay before your tracking number becomes active in the carrier's tracking system.
  • Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide:
    • Asia: 3–7 business days
    • North America / Europe: 7–14 business days
    • Other regions: 10–21 business days
