Rare black merino wool

The wool we used for this sweater is rareblack merino wool.
When you hear “black,” you might imagine a black sweater.
But this wool isn’t dyed black.
It’s the natural color of the wool the sheep were born with.
It’s made using that natural color.

This time we made,

three colors: White, Gray, and Brown.

Each has a gentle, natural hue that’s a little different from the uniform colors made with chemical dyes.

This one is “White,” but even the White is black merino yarn. Enjoy the soft hue inherent to the breed.

The reason it doesn’t itch is,
merino wool and Japanese spinning technology.

Wool is warm.
But many people dislike wool because it’s itchy.
So we chose fine, soft merino wool.
Additionally, Japanese spinning technology brings out the best in this material.
By carefully spinning the fine fibers into yarn, we created a soft, smooth texture.
Turtlenecks especially touch directly against the neck.

We use it carefully, making each sweater one by one.

About Care

Many people think wool is hard to care for.
Of course we want you to handle it with care, but daily maintenance is easy.

On days you wear it, lightly brush off dust with a dedicated brush.
Then, spread it on a flat-drying hanger and let moisture like sweat escape for about a day.
After that, fold it and store it in your closet.
If you notice spot stains, apply neutral detergent only to the area and gently press to wash out the stain.

Since it’s soft, pilling will naturally occur.
When you notice pills, don’t pull them—always cut them from the root with scissors.
(Pulling them will cause more pills to form.)

Use dry cleaning at least once per season.
After cleaning, don’t forget to add an insect repellent when storing it.
