Easy-to-move slim pants
"Tatsuke" are trousers that have been worn in the Itoshiro area. They were worn while working, so they are loose around the hips for ease of movement, and slim towards the hem for easy movement of the legs.
Sturdy linen material
This linen fabric can be used for three seasons: spring, summer, and fall. It can be washed repeatedly at home, and the more you use it, the softer and more comfortable it becomes.
Indigo dyed with Itoshiro
Indigo is a traditional Japanese color. We use indigo leaves grown in our fields and dye the garments in summer. The garments are dyed after they are made, so the raised stitching is a casual design point. We hope you enjoy the indigo dye color that is unique to Itoshiro.

<Production Story>
We start by growing indigo leaves in the fields of Itoshiro, then make sukumo (the raw material for indigo dyeing), and finish the job with a full-fledged dyeing process by planting indigo plants and dyeing them. When the indigo can no longer be used for dyeing, it is returned to the fields to become nutrients for the next year. We create our products while learning from the wonderful wisdom of our ancestors, who ensure that everything is cyclical.
