Our popular sweater, a hit every year, is back! This year, we've focused even more on the material, selecting rare "Tasmanian wool" from Australia, which accounts for only 3% of the country's wool production, to knit this garment.

The most distinctive feature of Tasmanian wool is its extremely fine fibers. These fine fibers trap a lot of air, and this layer of air protects your body from the cold outside air. Furthermore, the lightness of the sweater when worn is surprising, especially considering its thick-knit appearance. This is also due to the ultra-fine Tasmanian wool.

The yarn is made from raw wool by a spinning mill that usually specializes in cashmere. We are very grateful for their careful work in handling delicate materials.

This yarn is not dyed at all; it's the natural color of the sheep. Don't you feel a gentle, intelligent, and calm atmosphere emanating from it?

For a fitted look, choose size 1.
For a relaxed fit, choose size 2. 

There are two sizes. Size 1 has a shorter length, creating a compact impression. Size 2 is a just-right fit for men and an oversized fit for women, with longer hem and sleeves than size 1.

Popular sweater yarn renewed

We used to use raw wool from sheep raised in Victoria, Australia, but from now on, we will be using wool from sheep on the small island of Tasmania, also in Australia. The wool itself is the same "black merino," but because it's from a different region, the color and texture are slightly different.

I truly feel that wool comes from living sheep. I hope you enjoy the difference from our previous sweaters.
