This dress is designed based on the "Sakkuri" traditional top from this region. It's fluffy and suitable for all body types.

The mokiri-sleeve design features a wide armhole, allowing for good ventilation.

Each piece is indigo-dyed individually.

At Itoshiro Yoghinten, we use only natural ingredients (sukumo, lye, shell lime, wheat bran) for traditional Japanese indigo dyeing.

Dyeing takes place from May to the end of September. We dye at nature's pace without rushing. After dyeing, the items are left to rest for over half a year to allow the color to settle.

The clothes we are releasing this year were dyed last year in 2024.

"Growing" Indigo Clothing

Indigo-dyed clothes change color differently depending on how they are treated. This means that each piece will develop a unique look depending on the wearer. We hope you will cherish your indigo clothing for a long time, as if you are "growing" your own unique piece.
