An elegant maxi-length dress

This dress was inspired by Echizen shirts, which were originally men's workwear, and has been arranged for stylish wear. We are particular about the material, length, and color to create an elegant garment that can be worn on special occasions.

A soft, silky feel

Its main charm is the carefully selected satin fabric. Everyone who tries it on exclaims, "It feels wonderful!"

While retaining the soft texture of organic cotton, the high-density weave gives it an elegant sheen, creating a sophisticated atmosphere.

Generous width, relaxed fit

The generous width allows for a completely unrestrictive fit. This piece is comfortable for anyone, even those with broader shoulders, chest, or hips.

Furthermore, the shoulder seams are not fixed, and small triangular gussets under the arms allow for free and easy arm movement.

The silhouette also falls straight down to the hem, preventing it from flaring out and allowing for a mature look.

As a dress or a light outer layer

It works as a stand-alone dress, making styling easy for outings or work. For a more formal look, cinch it at your desired position with the included waist belt.

It also serves as a useful light outer layer. It comes in handy when it's a bit chilly in early spring, or from autumn to winter.

Gentle botanical dye colors

It is available in four colors: indigo, marigold khaki, loquat pink, and marigold yellow.

The indigo color is achieved by repeatedly dyeing to reach a deep shade. Khaki is a chic color created by combining marigold flowers with iron components. Pink is extracted from loquat leaves. Yellow is made from two different colors derived from fleabane and marigold respectively.

Soft and gentle loquat pink

Loquat dye uses its leaves. Its gentle and soft impression enhances femininity even further. Perhaps the reason your body feels so happy wearing it is because loquat leaves were once used as medicinal herbs.

Care and Repairs

We want you to enjoy your garment for a long time, so here are some care instructions and information about our repair service.

■Care Instructions

• Turn the garment inside out and place it in a large laundry net.
• Place it in the washing machine with plenty of space and wash on a delicate cycle.
• Use a neutral detergent, or if it's not very dirty, water alone is sufficient.
• After washing, carefully spread it out and hang it to dry in the shade, still inside out.
• Indigo and botanical dyes are sensitive to light, so store them in a dark closet or drawer to prevent fading.
• When storing for off-season, using moth repellent is recommended.

■Repairs

• For fading, we offer re-dyeing. You can even change from botanical dye to indigo dye. Please contact us for details.
• We also offer patching and mending for fraying, so please feel free to inquire.
