Straight-cut Wool Coat

This light coat, made from 100% wool and based on the Echizen dress, is paired with elegant buffalo horn buttons.

The unique straight-cut design of this coat is a signature of Itoshiro Clothes Shop. Enjoy the distinctive details and appearance that come from a design created to minimize fabric waste.

A "half-length" coat that allows for easy movement

This half-length coat was created in response to customer feedback.

Its half-length design allows it to be worn as is when driving or cycling. The length is also suitable for use as a longer jacket.

Warm and not itchy

The thick wool is perfect for cold winters.

Made from high-quality fabric woven with fine count yarn, it is not itchy and gently envelops the skin. The fabric is as soft and gentle as cashmere, making it suitable even for those who typically find wool uncomfortable.

Natural colored sheep

This brown is the natural color of sheep's wool. The fabric was developed using the wool of "Black Merinos," a rare breed with a small population worldwide.

Its natural color gives it a gentle feel that is easy to pair with anything.

■ Production Story

Warm coats are essential in the cold Itoshiro. The Black Merino was developed in this context. Committed to natural, non-chemical colors, we have experimented with plant dyes and other methods to achieve this with wool. However, we discovered that there are already sheep with natural colors in the world! We fell in love with the charm of these colors. These sheep are rare, with small populations globally. It was only possible for a small brand like ours with small production lots. We create original, high-quality fabric in collaboration with a long-established spinning mill in Osaka.
