This is a meal and accommodation reservation site exclusively for guests staying at Itoshiro Yōhinten's guesthouses KIITOS and Sukeshichi. (Please click here to view the reservation site.)

We offer catering services exclusively to those who have made an accommodation reservation. We put our heart into preparing meals that allow you to enjoy the unique flavors of Itoshiro.

◾️Dinner

Here is "Niku no Tsukemono" (pickled meat), a dish unique to this region, called Nikuzuke. Cabbage and meat are pickled in salt, then grilled and served.

Please savor the "deliciousness" that is unique to this cold region. This time, you can choose between "pork" or "chicken."

In addition to Nikuzuke, the dinner menu is as follows:

[December to March] Pickled meat (Itoshiro specialty), rice, soup, salad, 1 side dish
[April to November] Homemade Keichan (Gujo specialty), rice, soup, salad, 1 side dish

Serving time: 18:30 or 19:00 *We will ask for your dinner serving time at check-in.
For those who do not eat meat, we offer miso-grilled local tofu and vegetables. Please indicate "vegetarian" or "vegan" in the memo field.)

◾️Breakfast

For breakfast, you can choose between "yakisaba" (grilled mackerel), which is eaten on celebratory occasions in Itoshiro, or "nishime" (simmered root vegetables). The breakfast menu is as follows. (Nishime does not contain fish or meat)

Breakfast (all year round): Fish or Nishime, rice, miso soup, pickles, salad
Serving time: 7:30 or 8:00 *For early departures, we can prepare onigiri.

Please place your order at least one week before your stay. We may not be able to accept orders after that, so please understand. For guests staying multiple nights who wish to have lunch, please inquire directly.

◾️Children's Meals

The content is the same as the regular meal. We will serve a reduced portion. Please choose this option for children aged 6-12. (For children aged 0-6, we recommend sharing, but if a larger portion is needed, please order at the child's rate.)

■Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation from after reservation up to 1 week before stay: 5%
• Cancellation from 6 days to 1 day before stay: 50%
• Same-day cancellation: Full amount

■Important Notes

• Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions in the memo field.
  
• Drinks can be purchased on the day, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
• There is a self-catering kitchen, so you are welcome to bring your own ingredients and add to your meals.
• As this is a catering service, you will be responsible for some simple preparations yourself.
