We are always searching for a fabric suitable for "Tatsuke". That's when we came across this green fabric. It's not the typical "green" you see on the market, but a unique deep color that's a mix of yellow and indigo.

In fact, this dyeing method is said to have been used since the Heian period. It is said that it is impossible to dye fabric green using plant dyeing, even though the plants themselves are green. Strangely enough, it does not dye fabric green.

So I came up with the idea of ​​expressing green by mixing yellow and indigo (like paint). Since ancient times, Japanese people have loved indigo, but they also loved "green". I hope you enjoy the luxurious green that is dyed in this way.
