 ---Please introduce yourself and tell us about your job and activities:

In 2018, I opened the nursing care and welfare taxi company En. Our business includes transportation services for elderly people and those who are afraid to go out alone, as well as providing lifestyle support services. As my parents' home is a Jodo Shinshu Otani-ha temple, I was given the Buddhist name "Renshuu" and as a monk, I also perform legal duties such as helping with Obon visits, helping with the Ganrenji children's group, and occasionally giving sermons.

---Favorite items:

I love all the items from Itoshiro Clothing Store and they are a great choice for all seasons. One of the things I look forward to every summer is wearing a loquat-dyed sakkuri. Originally, the length was below the knee, but they shortened it to accommodate my request to wear it for work. During work, I often have to transfer users from their beds to wheelchairs and hold them to help them walk. At such times, the wide range of motion of the sleeves of the sakkuri allows me to provide smooth assistance without putting strain on my body, which is very helpful. This is the appeal of the straight cut design. Since clothing often comes into contact with the skin of users, I believe that by providing care while wearing carefully made clothing made from natural materials, I can provide more comfortable assistance to users.

---How did you find out about Ishiteshiro Clothing Store?

I may have met the owner, Kaori Hirano, before I opened the Itoshiro Clothing Store. After hearing rumors that the Hirano couple had moved to Itoshiro, Kaori asked me if I could hold an exhibition and talk by Kikuo Morimoto at the temple. That was the beginning of our encounter.
