We are currently looking for new colleagues to work with us.
We are currently recruiting for a position related to production management.
Priority is given to candidates with previous experience in apparel production management and pattern making.
Our production is done by local seamstresses and sewing factories in the prefecture. We are in close contact with them and are establishing a system to make better clothes.
We are looking for people who want to live in Itoshiro and work with us on making clothes, and who are willing to learn more about Itoshiro.
In addition to production management, the work will cover a wide range of areas, including indigo dyeing, plant dyeing, farming, sales, etc. As we are a fledgling brand that has only been in existence for five years, we are looking for someone who is willing to take on new challenges and take on new challenges.

Those who have a regular driver's license and have 3 or more years of work experience

Monthly salary: 200,000 yen (including social insurance and employment insurance)
<Working hours and holidays>
9:00-18:00
Shift system on holidays

You will be living in Itoshiro (we will introduce you to the accommodation)
