We are rooted in the mountain village of Itoshiro, and have continued to create products while inheriting traditional techniques in the midst of the blessings of nature.

What we want to focus on going forward is not only product development, but also properly communicating what is made here and the thoughts behind it, and spreading the word about it to those who want it.

We are still in the early stages of our development and are a small organization, so each individual has a big impact. We need everyone to be proactive in all tasks and come up with better ways to do things.

From spring to summer, we clean the main store, organize layouts, work in the indigo fields and manage the indigo vats, prepare for exhibitions and send out products for the online shop, plan products and produce vegetable dyes, and in winter we hold workshops, shovel snow, prepare for spring, and so on. Our work and life change with the seasons, and we do so many different things.

Rather than having you do a single, fixed job, I would like you to work together with me to find a way to do your job that is easy for you, while taking advantage of a wide range of skills and making the most of your individual strengths.

I myself am raising four children, growing vegetables in the fields, and living and working at home at the same time. We are looking for people who want to experience this kind of environment. We are looking for staff who share our vision and will work with us to shape the Itoshiro Clothing Store.

<Experience/Requirements>
Those who have a regular driver's license

<Employment status>
Contract employee with one-year renewal *The first three months will be treated as part-time work as a trial period, and the contract will be renewed for one year.

<Salary>
Monthly salary: 200,000 yen (including social insurance and employment insurance)
*Excluding the first three months

<Working hours and holidays>
9:00-18:00
Shift system on holidays

<About accommodation>
You will be living in Itoshiro (we will introduce you to the accommodation)
