We are currently looking for new team members to join us.

This recruitment is for positions related to indigo dyeing, natural dyeing, and production management.

While all staff members participate in indigo and natural dyeing, we are seeking individuals to take a central role. You will also be responsible for managing dye production.

Even if you have no prior experience, we will provide thorough training as long as you have enthusiasm and physical stamina.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to live in Itoshiro and work with us on clothing production, and who have a strong desire to learn about Itoshiro.

In addition to dyeing and production management, your duties will be diverse, including farming, sales, and online shop shipping. We are looking for individuals who are willing to proactively take on new challenges, commit to their work, and help us expand Itoshiro Yohinten's clothing production.

＜Experience/Conditions＞
Must hold a regular driver's license.

＜Employment Type＞
Full-time employee

＜Start Date＞
Around April 2025 (negotiable if difficult)

＜Salary＞
200,000 yen per month (with social insurance and employment insurance)

＜Working Hours, Holidays＞
9:00-18:00
Holidays on a shift basis

＜About Housing＞
You will live in Itoshiro (we will assist in finding accommodation)
*If you do not own a 4WD vehicle, please consult with us.
