About fitting service

Many of the clothes in our shop are made using the traditional Japanese technique of "straight cutting," and have distinctive shapes that are different from Western clothing. If you try them on, you will be able to better understand how comfortable they are.

With this in mind, we offer a fitting service for all of our clothing items.

*Products not eligible for the fitting service: Books, food, socks, gara yarn, socks, earrings, and stoles.

<Treatment service procedure>

◯ Order from the Itoshiro Clothing Store Online Store

There will be a button for "Try on/Purchase", so select "Try on" (Limit of 3 items per person)
→Delivery will take 3 days to 1 week

◯ Please try on the product as soon as it arrives.

◯ After receiving the trial item, please contact us within one week regarding your purchase request.

◯ Shipping fee:
When placing an order, you will only be responsible for one-way shipping costs.
・If you purchase, shipping is free for orders over 30,000 yen.
・If you return the item, we will cover the shipping costs.

A. If you purchase

・Please let us know the product you would like to purchase. We will send you an email with instructions on how to purchase within 3 business days.

・Please complete payment within 3 days.

B. In case of return

Please let us know by email which item you would like to return.

・Please pack the product in the same bag or box it was sent in and return it to the address below within one week of arrival.

If we do not hear from you within 10 days after shipping, we may ask you to purchase the item.

・When returning the item, please return it in the same condition as when you sent it to us. If the tag is missing, the item is damaged, or it is dirty, we may ask you to buy it back.
