About fitting service

Many of our clothes are based on the "straight-cut" tailoring method, which has been handed down in Japan since ancient times, and have distinctive shapes that differ from Western clothing. We believe that if you try them on, you will better understand their comfort.

Based on this idea, we offer a try-on service for all clothing items in our store.

*Items not eligible for the try-on service: books, food, socks, slub yarn, socks, earrings, stoles

＜Try-on Service Flow＞

◯ Order from Itoshiro Youhinten online store

     Select "Try-on" from the "Try-on/Purchase" button
     (Limited to 3 items per person)
       → Delivered within 3 days to 1 week

◯ Please try on the item as soon as it arrives

◯ After the try-on item arrives, please contact us within 1 week regarding your purchase preference
      

◯  About shipping costs:
・When placing an order, customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs only.
・If you make a purchase, shipping is free for orders over 30,000 yen.
・We will bear the shipping cost for returns.

A. For purchases

・Please inform us of the item you wish to purchase. We will send you an email with purchase instructions within 3 business days.

・Please complete the payment procedure within 3 days.

B. For returns

・Please notify us by email of the item you are returning.

・Within 1 week of arrival, please pack the item in the same bag/box it was sent in and return it to the address below.

・If we do not hear from you within 10 days of shipment, we may ask you to purchase the item.

・When returning an item, please return it in the same condition as when it was sent. If the tag is missing, the item is damaged, or stained, we may ask you to purchase the item.
