Deliveries are primarily handled by Yamato Transport.
For standard shipping, the fee is based on Yamato Transport's 60-size rate, so please refer to here.
The "Hakikurabe Set" is priced at Yamato Transport's 100-size rate.
For booklets and small items, we will send them via Kuroneko Yu-Packet. A shipping fee of 360 yen (tax included) will be added.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, so please confirm them there. Please note that shipping fees cannot be changed.
If the subtotal of your order is 30,000 yen or more, shipping will be free.
If you purchase pre-order items along with other items, due to shipping complications, all items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order items.
Books and small items will be sent via Kuroneko Yu-Packet, but if they are thick, they will be sent via Takkyubin (courier service).
Shipping Information
We will ship via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin or Kuroneko Yu-Packet) within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Typically, we process shipments on Mondays and Thursdays.
Customers using bank transfer or convenience store payment will have their orders shipped within 7 business days from the date payment is confirmed. Please understand that this may take longer than credit card, PayPal, or PayPay payments before making your purchase.
Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
The shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number, but there may be a time lag before it is updated on Yamato Transport's "Parcel Tracking System."
Kuroneko Yu-Packet is a service where Yamato Transport collects the package and Japan Post's delivery network is used for delivery. After shipping, a Japan Post delivery person will deliver it to your mailbox in about 3 days to 1 week.
