Me & My Itoshiroyohinten Vol.1 -Akari Mishima-
We will ask long-time customers of Ishiteshiro Clothing Store to tell us about their favorite items and their own activities.
Name: Akari Mishima
My favorite item: Plant-dyed skirt
Years of use: 1 year
Height: 163cm
---Mishima's favorite item:
My favorite is a light, plant-dyed patchwork skirt in soft colors. I was also very attracted to the story of each piece being unique and not the same as anyone else's. All the colors were lovely, so I tried on many, many pieces, and chose the one that made my heart flutter the most in front of the mirror. I always want to cherish this feeling, so shopping at clothing stores always makes me feel fulfilled.
The moment I found the perfect item, I felt my face light up. It 's made with a lot of fabric and is voluminous, but it's very light to wear. The waist is elastic, so it's very comfortable.
I use it not only when I go out on the town, but also when I want to brighten my mood. I wear it for three seasons: with thin tights underneath in early spring, on its own in summer, and with thick tights in autumn. It can be rolled up and folded up, so it's also useful when I travel.
My 5-year-old son always compliments me when he sees me wearing this skirt, saying, "Mommy, you're so cute!" ♡ Sometimes the skirt gets dirty when playing with my child, but I wash it by hand, splashing it around. It doesn't get too wrinkled, so it's easy to care for, which is one of my favorite points. All the skirts are so lovely, so I'm excited to see which one I'll choose next♪

---How did you find out about Ishiteshiro Clothing Store?
I have been in business with Hirano ever since he moved to Itoshiro . The first thing I bought was a Saori woven coat. It was purple at Rockwood, but I had it re-dyed with indigo last year, and it's become an essential item for autumn and winter.
--- A message to Ishiteshiro Clothing Store:

I'm a mother of one from Shirotori-cho, Gujo City. On weekdays, I work at an organic cosmetics company. Personally, I make granola using rice flour from Gujo, and plant-based sweets using plant-based ingredients that do not contain eggs or dairy products under the name Musubinokanade. I make each and every one of my sweets with all my heart, with the hope that everyone can enjoy the harmony that each ingredient brings together .
