Autumn is deepening...

Summer in Itoshiro passes by in the blink of an eye.
This year, the rainy season didn't end until August , so the summer was shorter than usual.
It only lasted about a week before I seriously thought about wanting a fan.
However, even in these conditions, the indigo plants continued to grow and flourish as usual. The power of nature is truly amazing.
Since the beginning of this week, there have been some cold mornings and evenings, so I've had to put away the fan and hurriedly check my heating appliances.
As autumn deepens, our dyes also change.
From now on, chestnut burrs and Japanese knotweed will also be in full bloom.
My body and mind can barely keep up with the changing of nature, but I try to savor each and every moment.
I am filled with gratitude for this great nature that allows me to create beautiful dyes every day.
