Plant dyeing season

At our shop, we dye with plants that suit the season. In June , we dyed with buttercups and dandelions.

Depending on when you dye it, it can be a soft yellow or a vivid lemon yellow.

Since it all depends on the condition of the plants and the changing seasons, there are always new discoveries to make.

When we dye something, we do have an idea for the color we want to achieve, but we often get ideas for clothes from the color that comes out of that process.
