3/20-24 Spring Exhibition and ItoshiroCAFE @Mizunosora (Nishi-Ogikubo)
An exhibition of spring/summer clothing will be held at the Mizunosora gallery in Nishi-Ogikubo (Suginami-ku, Tokyo).
We design and produce clothes with the straight cut style traditional to Itoshiro in a way that suits modern lifestyles. We dye our clothes using indigo and natural dyes made from surrounding plants, making them suitable for a natural and organic lifestyle.
The store will be stocking clothes perfect for spring and summer, including bottoms such as "tattsuke" which are easy to move in, and "Echizen shirts" which are made entirely of straight lines.
During the event, you can also enjoy cafe menus from the Itoshiro area.
The menu will include items that can only be enjoyed during this period, such as "Kurohi Coffee," made from barnyard millet that has been cultivated locally from the seeds collected there, coffee roasted in Itoshiro, and pound cake made with Shirakami Kodama yeast.
