We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our team.

The positions we are recruiting for involve operating an e-commerce website and public relations (SNS management), and successful candidates will be required to reside in the Itoshiro area of Shirotori-cho, Gujo City.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with computer work and willing to learn and incorporate new technologies. While the main focus of the work is the e-commerce site, as we are a small team, the duties are broad and diverse, including retail operations, shipping, indigo dyeing, and farm work.

We seek individuals who are proactive in trying new things, taking initiative, and helping us spread the word about Itoshiro Hyakkaten's clothing production.

Must possess a valid ordinary driver's license.

Full-time employee

＜Start Date＞
Around September 2026 (negotiable if difficult)

＜Salary＞
Monthly salary from 200,000 yen (includes social insurance and unemployment insurance)

＜Work Hours and Holidays＞
9:00-18:00
Holidays are on a shift basis

＜Accommodation＞
You will live in Itoshiro (we will assist with finding accommodation).
*If you do not own a four-wheel-drive vehicle, please consult us.
