Since we renewed our website, we have been providing a new service, the fitting service. Since it has been used by many people and has been well received, from February this year we will start offering a fitting service for all products (excluding books, food, socks, gara yarn, socks, earrings, and stoles).

I hope you will find a product you like.

Here's what happens when your package arrives:

◯ Order from the Itoshiro Clothing Store Online Store

     There is a button for "Try on/Purchase", so select "Try on"
     (Limit of 3 per person)
       →Delivery will take 3 days to 1 week

◯ Please try on the product as soon as it arrives.

◯ After receiving the trial item, please contact us within one week to let us know if you would like to purchase it.

◯ Shipping fee:
When placing an order, you will only be responsible for one-way shipping costs.
・If you purchase, shipping is free for orders over 30,000 yen.
・If you return the item, we will cover the shipping costs.

A. If you purchase

・Please let us know the product you purchased. We will send you an invoice for bank transfer/credit card payment by email within 3 business days.

・Please make payment within one week after confirming the invoice.

B. In case of return

Please let us know by email which item you would like to return.

・Please pack the product in the same bag or box it was sent in and return it to the address below within one week of arrival.

If we do not hear from you within 10 days after shipping, we may ask you to purchase the item.

・When returning the item, please return it in the same condition as when you sent it to us. If the tag is missing, the item is damaged, or it is dirty, we may ask you to buy it back.
