11/5-6: On-site Tatsuke Workshop to be held at Cafe Gallery Phteah (Ikeda, Osaka)






During the exhibition period held at Cafe Gallery Phteah from October 27th to November 7th, we will be holding a "Tatsuke-making Workshop." Since it is difficult to travel at this time, please come and participate if you live nearby.

■Participation Fee
15,000 yen
*The "How to Make Tatsuke" textbook is required separately (2,750 yen)
*If you wish, we can provide you with off-white linen fabric for 3,000 yen.
*If you bring your own, please bring about 4m for 35-40cm wide fabric, or 1.5m for 110cm wide fabric.

Make sure to rinse the fabric thoroughly before use.
Stripes and check patterns are easy to cut.

■ What to bring
Sewing machine, sewing tools set [dressmaking scissors, thread cutting scissors, ruler (50-60cm if available), tape measure, chalk pen, hand sewing needles, sewing thread (cotton thread that matches the fabric, thick hand sewing thread, etc.), basting pins (10 pieces), pincushion, string threader, etc.]
Lunch box (Putea's Asian food lunch box will be prepared for those who wish. Advance application required)

* If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour may be cancelled.
