Notice of temporary closure of Itoshiro Clothing Store (until May 13th)

Good evening, I'm the owner, Hirano Kaori.
 I have some important news to share with you today.


Ishiteshiro Clothing Store will be closed until May 13th.
 This is because one of our staff members or a family member has tested positive for COVID-19.
 We will resume operations on May 14th, ensuring that we observe the quarantine period in accordance with the guidance of the public health center and that we can start in a state where our customers can feel at ease.

  1. Regarding business hours at Itoshiro Main Store :<br>Our opening hours for this season will be from May 14th , not May 1st.
    *We will contact those who have already made reservations for dates before May 13th individually.

  2. About online shop shipping
    Shipping will resume from May 6th .
     *We will contact those who have already placed an order individually.

  3. We will continue to respond to general inquiries, reservations at our main store, orders through our online shop, etc. during our closure, but responses may be slower.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers due to circumstances within our company.
 
After the COVID-19 outbreak two years ago, we canceled exhibitions, made our main store open by appointment only, and our staff were careful to avoid infection, so the latest infection came as a huge shock.
 
However, the spread of coronavirus infections has increased within the city, and we recognize that this infection cannot be stopped and is inevitable. What is important is to take measures quickly to prevent the infection from spreading any further.
 
Based on the guidance of the public health center, we will initially close the facility in order to reassure everyone, and we would appreciate your understanding.
 
After we resume business, we will take more thorough measures to prevent the spread of infection than ever before and operate in a safe and secure environment, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
